# Where Do I Find My Device MAC Address or Serial Number?

## Find the IP address, MAC address, and serial number for a device in the Custom Channels App.

1. Click **Locations** in the left menu.
2. Open the **Devices** tab.
3. Find the device and click its settings icon.
4. Open **Details**.

Under **Information**, you can see device details such as the **IP Address**, **MAC Address**, and **Serial Number**.

Some device types may show **Not Available** for certain fields. This can vary depending on the hardware being used.
