# How to Preview Music Styles in Control

## Preview music Styles, add them to a Control playlist, and adjust the blend to fit your business.

**Styles** are the building blocks you blend together inside a Control playlist. A playlist can use up to **4 Styles**.

### Preview or add Styles to an existing playlist

1. Click **Playlists** in the left menu.
2. Open the playlist you want to edit.
3. Click the **three dots** in the top-right and choose **Edit Playlist Details**.
4. Click **Add Style**. If the playlist already has 4 Styles, remove one first.
5. On **Select Your Styles**, search or browse categories such as **Popular**, **Holiday**, **Upbeat**, **Soft Side**, **Instrumental**, and **Assorted**.
6. Hover over a Style image to preview it.
7. Add the Style you want, adjust the blend percentages, and click **Save**.

You can also preview Styles while creating a new playlist by choosing **Choose Your Style**.
