# How to View Playback History

## Use History to see what played, when it played, and where it played across your locations.

Use **History** to see what played, when it played, and where it played.

### View playback history

1. Click **History** in the left navigation.
2. Use the filters to narrow the results by **Device**, **Location**, or **Type**.
3. Find the song, message, or campaign you want to review.

### Remove a song from History

If you find a song you do not want in one of your playlists, choose the track and remove it.

You can choose:

- **Remove from Current Playlist** to remove it only from the playlist where it played.
- **Remove from All Playlists** to remove it from every playlist you manage.

Removing a track from all playlists cannot be undone in bulk, so use that option carefully.
