How to Create an Audio Messaging Campaign

Create a Campaign to control when, where, and how often your audio messages play.

A message will not play until it is scheduled through a Campaign.

  1. Click Messages in the left menu.
  2. Open the Campaigns tab.
  3. Click New Campaign.
  4. Create a rule. Give the rule a name, select the message, and choose how often and when it should play.
  5. Save the rule.
  6. Use the pencil icon to edit the Campaign details.
  7. Name the Campaign, then search for the Locations or Devices where it should play.

Think of it this way: the rule controls what plays and when. The Campaign controls where it plays.

You can also assign an existing Campaign from Locations > Devices > Playlist Management.

A device must already have either a Playlist or a Schedule assigned before a Campaign can be added.
