How to Set Music Start and Stop Times

If you want music to start or stop at specific times, use a Schedule in the Custom Channels App.

Schedules can also change playlists throughout the day, so you can use different music for morning, lunch, evening, or any other time period.

Set your music hours

1. Click Schedules in the left navigation.
2. Create a new schedule or open the schedule you want to update.
3. Add a playlist to the calendar and set the time you want it to play.
4. Add additional playlists and time blocks if you want the music to change during the day.
5. Select the device or devices that should use the schedule.
6. Click Save.

For example, if your business wants music from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, schedule your playlist during those hours.

A device can use either a single Playlist or a full Schedule, not both at the same time.
